Okra Stir Fry Rice!
Ingredients include:
Fresh okra,
baby bella mushrooms,
steamed rice,
broccoli,
minced garlic,
cumin,
coriander,
paprika,
soy sauce,
pepper,
chili flakes.
toasted sesame seeds
Yum!!
This is the first time I’ve actually cooked the oats! Usually did the overnight method!
Ingredients: Rolled oats, Chocolate Almond Milk, water, chia seeds, coconut butter, plain almond butter, blueberry maple syrup, cinnamon, dried raisins, fresh strawberries and blueberries, everything in moderation!
YUM!
Huuuge salad I made over the weekend!
INGREDIENTS: Avocado, red cabbage, sweet onion, cilantro, cucumber, tomato, red bell pepper, radish, romaine lettuce, fresh lemon juice, raw coconut vinegar (amazing), a bit of EVOO, salt & pepper. :) :)

FYI I bake the stem too! I cut it into circles and it comes out crunchy and yummy. Try it!

Chocolate with coconut icing and a vanilla base. Toasted coconut flakes on top.
I made these last Halloween for a dessert contest at work.. they were supposed to be Halloween themed (didn’t know), but I still won second place because they tasted so good! :)
